Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Buckwheat groats
  • 1 cup Water
  • pinch Salt

Method
 

  1. Rinse the buckwheat groats and soak them in water for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the buckwheat groats again.
  3. In a pot, combine the buckwheat groats, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
