Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Melted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
