Method
- Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.
- Butter one side of the croissant.
- Place one slice of ham, one slice of cheese, and a handful of mixed greens on the unbuttered side of the croissant.
- Place the other slice of croissant, butter-side up, on top of the filling.
- Place the sandwich in the panini press or grill and cook for 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
