Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece Croissant
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 slice Ham
  • 1 cup Mixed Greens
  • 1 piece Swiss Cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Butter one side of the croissant.
  3. Place one slice of ham, one slice of cheese, and a handful of mixed greens on the unbuttered side of the croissant.
  4. Place the other slice of croissant, butter-side up, on top of the filling.
  5. Place the sandwich in the panini press or grill and cook for 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
