Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Avocado
  • 1 cup Green Apple
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding honey if needed.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
