Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Quinoa
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries

Method
 

  1. Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer and drain well.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring the quinoa and water to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and stir in the honey.
  5. Top the quinoa with mixed berries and serve.
