  • 250 g All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 piece Egg

Method
 

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, and cold butter in a bowl.
  2. Use a pastry blender or your fingers to work the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the egg.
