Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
  5. Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the pan.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry.
  7. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
